Founded in 2019, FlightCerts is a Part 61 independent flight instruction service in Visalia, CA. Our goal is to make flight training more accessible through affordable, high-impact, programs; enhancing aviation safety and inspiring the next generation of professional pilots. Using a structured training approach offers students a methodical, career-minded, training environment unparalleled by most many aviation schools. Our programs take advantage of proven in-flight training techniques, available online study resources, as well as integrate scenario based training to provide students with an immersive flight training experience.
